I was going to give this just a 5, but when I looked at it a bit more, I saw some really interesting street photography with a great play on words. My only minor fuss would be a bit of tilt to the image.
Love the juxtaposition. With the person being far from horizontal, consider a portrait crop to remove the For Rent sign, but keep a good part of that intersting red door.
That would have been easy to set up, but I'm assuming you didn't (and even if you did, it's a great street capture). Would've worked well in black and white also.
