| I really like the distinct layers of foreground, middle ground and back ground - each containing an element of your winter theme - well done, it gave me pause. |

| I marvel at the containment of fore and background elements in this composition. I look at it and want to be able to take just such a picture myself. It would be good even without the Canada geese, but they are the lemon zest in the espresso. |

| Nearly very good indeed, but the noise in the background and the haloing around the reeds in the right foreground detracts from it a bit. I think a bit of desaturation of green, yellow and magenta would really help this image to live up to its fine composition. |
