I really like the distinct layers of foreground, middle ground and back ground - each containing an element of your winter theme - well done, it gave me pause.

I marvel at the containment of fore and background elements in this composition. I look at it and want to be able to take just such a picture myself. It would be good even without the Canada geese, but they are the lemon zest in the espresso.

This is absolutely gorgeous. What makes this shot so nice is the leaves. I love the way they jump out.

This image did make me pause for a while. I especially admire all those the background details. (not voting)

I like the reds in this as they lift the image

Nearly very good indeed, but the noise in the background and the haloing around the reeds in the right foreground detracts from it a bit. I think a bit of desaturation of green, yellow and magenta would really help this image to live up to its fine composition.

I'll bet it's a pleasant place, but i don't feel your photo does it justice.

Wonderful. I really like the gentle, winter feel of this. The red berries add a nice spark and the three geese on the water's edge are perfect!

Lovely. The pop of red is so nice against all of the winter grays. I love the geese over on the right. Happy New Year.

I like the multiple layers in your picture : background, gooses in the middle and the tree with berries in the front.
