 Processed with Flickr's Picnik editor, which I'd not explored much. It's actually pretty good! Unfortunately, it doesn't keep track of your processing steps, and I was just playing, so I can't recall everything I did. Played with contrast, added a gentle sepia tone and slight vignetting effect. Cropped. That's about it.

I took this in December but thought it fit the Warm theme of the January side challenge so well that I'm going to go ahead and use it as my starting image for the month. Hope that's ok.

That's a great expression, and the hood with the ears is too cute! You seem to have used the right tools to get the good effect that this shot has. The toning helps bring out the hood.

That is too cute! LOVE the tones you came up with on this, very earthy and rich and he does look toasty warm. Would go great in this wrapped up challenge at dpreview :-)
