 Borrowed a guitar from my brother and a violin from a friend to create this simple setup. I'd prefer a cello for the "mommy" but did not have one readily available (my only cellist friend lives in LA). The lights in the background are from a real Christmas tree.
Placed both on a piano bench and lighted from the left by a strip light.

6.6... darn, I had not realized that the parallel challenge, "Bokeh", would bring out a gazillion of OOF Christmas light shots... could have guessed. Ah, whatever... LOL

How lovely! The texture and colors on the baby are terrific. Mommy looks a tad flat, however. A tiny bit of side lighting off to the right?
