Nice shot considering the cameras only 2.1

The texture on the petal and center of the flower is really nice - the framing in the center with the spiky leaves pointing to it are very nicely done.

Nice red/green

And the way this fits the challenge is ........??????? I really don't see anything opposite in this shot. Not a bad shot of a flower but a tighter crop would really help bring the flower out and make it pop. A 3

Red and green are contrasting hues, but I don't think the difference between figure and ground is sufficient enough to capture the "opposite" concept.

not interesting IMO, i don't see your connection to opposites.

I'm not seeing the poosites aspect in this image. There also isn't enough red to offset the overpowering green. The background competes for my eye with the subject.

focus appears to be a bit off to me.

Pretty flower, but I don't see how it relates to the challenge.

your subject is a little out of focus.

I fail to see the opposite in this shot. The shot itself is a bit overexposed with harsh lighting and a tad OOF. The subject is not exactly what most would see in a shot of a flower, however, the colors are nice and the framing is OK.

Opposites...I really don't see the connection. Sorry.

Nice job, but I'm not feeling the opposite...
