Note about DQ: the blue part of the sky was slightly stretched (free transform tool in CS3 to fill in the corner after rotation). Although there was no new pixel, there was indeed a new area: I can understand the DQ.
I just regret it comes so late:I had asked the SC 7 days before deadline and, without answer, hadn't uploaded a cropped image.

I wish the mountains behind the bridge either went higher above it or weren't there - right now they're so close that I find it a bit distracting. Other than that, nice composition.
