 the day before yesterday i went for a walk on sheays creek firetrail and came across three workers putting in a new gate ..

i got katee to pose for me so i could put across the idea of a dog looking longingly into the forbidden area ..

the sign says ..
special area to protect our drinking water
restricted access
walkers only
maximum penalty $11,000

and then in graphics ..
no cars/shooting/bicycles/motor bikes/horses/dogs

this is another one taken today ..

OMG - what a drag! I hope you will be able to go on the fire trail with Katee.

Love the photo, though. How did you process it to get that look? It's a little surreal - awesome.

Roz, This is just too bad. Since there is an $1,100 fine if you get busted, I doubt seriously that you will get permission to take Katee beyond the gate. Too bad Katee is a girl dog or you could get a shot of Katee hiking the leg on the gate with the sign : )

Carry a white cane with you just in case. You can whack anyone who complains with it. Get photos of that if you do.
