 This is the picture of oil in turmeric water. First I filled the bowl with water and then put the turmeric in it. I then let it remain for some time to settle little bit. After sometime I poured some oil in this water which produced oil circles on the surface of water. First thought of keeping the photo in color but later after trying different combinations I thought of keeping photo in black and white which made it more attractive and also enabled me to give me a better title. Also did cloning to remove the spots from inside the circle.

Not exactly a stumper. Cliched, and unfortunately it's too dark for the subject to rescue the image.

An over crowded galaxy just freshly born far, far away. (I wrote that before I read your title, so you definitely got the look you were going for, heh)

The serious guess... Oil in water?

Oil on water? A bit dark but the light around the edges of the bubbles is cool.
