 I attended ZoomExperience - a yearly photography expo held in Utrecht. There were some impressive displays, but also several models posing to be photographed. This one caught my attention for "red".

Red embodies excitement and passion, and for men (as a fantasy) and women (as a day dream) this picture embodies part of that.

Unfortunately the motorcycle was standing on a (red) frame which is visible, and the rules obviously preclude removing it.

The skin tone is a bit too reddish, but I wanted the motorcycle to be vibrant, and selective editing isn't possible. I also had to darken the image substantially to get the background (a dark grey cloth) to be completely black.

Taken without flash

Processing:
-Raw conversion using DCRaw (+1 recovery)
-Adjusted black-point and shadow curve using "zone size" 50
-Boosted reds (using interactive equaliser)
-Crop
-Removed hot pixels
-NeatImage (noise reduction)
-Adjusted contrast and gamma
-Adjusted white balance (again)
-Resize & slight sharpen
