| Also beautiful - especially like the way the color in her dress couples well with the setting sun and reflected color on the water. I can see your horizon more clearly in this one (was trying to see how straight it was in the other...)... A commenter on the other image mentioned the rock behind her head, now that I've noticed that, it distracts me a little - maybe some pp can help bring the color of/light on her hair out a little more... That long curly hair, that style of dress and her movement of it really make this. |

| Color is indeed very pretty but it doesn't touch the power of the B&W. Completely different feel from the same photograph. This is gentle, warm. The B&W is powerful, commanding. |

Thanks for your comment. Don't worry! I made no compromise. I have a strong preference for black and white photography, so this color version never had a shot! |
