perfectly too bright and even more pefectly outstandingly blurry and just plain wrong
10/27/2002 05:32:00 AM
more than one light source here...
10/26/2002 11:13:00 AM
Your subject is lit by more than one light, as evidenced by the shadows.
10/24/2002 02:46:00 AM
Sorry, but I don't think this meets the challenge very well. Most stadiums have many lights not a single light.boyte1

hmmm...where to begin.... :)
10/23/2002 02:30:00 PM
dude, there are like a zillion sources of light illuminating these guys.
10/23/2002 01:51:00 AM
this needs a faster shutter speed, plus I think that more than one light source was used here.
10/22/2002 09:10:00 PM
If at least one player was in focus it would be cool. Also, there is more than one light here, no?
10/22/2002 05:36:00 PM
utter shite
10/22/2002 03:16:00 PM
IMHO this does not comply with the one single light source challenge
10/22/2002 01:29:00 PM
While action blur is a nice effect, it's hard to see what's going on. Most night games I've ever seen had more than one light. 4 Swash

These guys were able to play football with only a single light?
10/22/2002 09:50:00 AM
makes me dizzy - Actually I wish the #4 was in focus and everything else blurred like that.
10/22/2002 09:39:00 AM
Picture is really out of foucs. I'm not sure where the light source is in this photo.
10/21/2002 10:32:00 PM
I don't mind that there isn't a single "light source" but the photo is just not very interesting. Seems to be a very close crop too. paganini

Obviously you don't have a f1.8. My Olpympus C-3040Z takes this crystal clear and sharp.
10/21/2002 05:59:00 PM
A bit too busy and shaky for my taste. Looks like were almost able to pan the centre player. That would have made for a great shot. 6

I'm sorry but this doesn't work at all for me. There is certainly drama on the field
but there are too many distractions, such as the blur and grain, in the picture to capture my attention.
I also think the fact that there are multiple shaddows, in different directions, indicates more than a "single" artificial light source.
10/21/2002 02:36:00 PM
nice movement. uninspiring. 3
10/21/2002 01:51:00 PM
focus?
10/21/2002 12:05:00 PM
One light source???? I don't see how :-) Sorry.
10/21/2002 10:01:00 AM
this kind of shot requires something to be still and sharp, to give a counterpoint to all the movement. Number ?4 is sort of getting there.
10/21/2002 04:54:00 AM
Great shot. Is it with one source of light?
10/21/2002 03:24:00 AM
Blurry...is this a picture of a TV screen or the actual playing field. Action photo not really achieved well with low lighting.
10/21/2002 12:44:00 AM
I don't think this photo qualifies as a single artificial light source... - setzler
