Challenge: Abstract Emotion (Advanced Editing VII)
Collection: Challenges 2008
Camera: Canon EOS-400D Rebel XTi
Lens: Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro
Location: Wiesbaden
Date: Sep 28, 2008
Aperture: f/7.1
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/40
Date Uploaded: Sep 28, 2008

My personal title for this was either Rush Hour or Late To Work, since to me it somehow conveys that hectic feeling of trying to get to work for some reason... But while I was trying to think of a title to convey that, I decided it was probably better to just let the viewer decide if it conveyed something to him or her instead. So you get "Untitled". The other more obvious title was "Ode to Joy II". :-)

Love your blurry stuff. Saw this on your Feb 2010 blur side challenge.

Hey Deb - I've just noticed this !

Lovely shot full of movement colour and energy, and certainly very 'melethial' :- )

It would have been nice to capture your thoughts on the rushing about / life being hectic and put it into a title to help people share what your thoughts were when you captured this and give this shot that little extra depth that it so richly deserves.

Very nice shot.

This is awesome, Deb. I think I like it even better than your first Ode to Joy. It very much conveys that anxious energy and motion one feels in this fast paced world we find ourselves. I think you did a fabulous job creating art out of this interesting scene!

Well, look at that. I wondered who was copying your Ode to Joy, and lo and behold, it was yourself. :D Beautiful. Now you have a great pair.

I wonder how many people saw this and thought of your Ode to Joy - I know I did. Never would have guessed this would be you again! :) I love all the complementary green here - such variety, but it all comes together.

Very nice. I suggest Loneliness, as this is what a lonely person feeding the birds must see, sometimes.

Excellent photo but I'm not seeing the abstractness I was hoping to find in this challenge. Really, you couldn't think of a title? I think the title was an especially important part of this challenge. It was the part I think that helped the emotional side of the entry's.

I don't really think that this meets the challenge...but it isn't the only one.

HEE HEE- reminds me of melethia's "Ode to Joy" but missing the red. This is really nice though. I'd have given it a title. :~)
