 View of Montreal taken from the tower at the Pointe Calliere museum in Old Montreal. Tonemapped from a single RAW file ... this image didn't look like much when I first chimped my shots from the trip, but playing with exposure slider in Lightroom helped me see that ... true to the histogram on the camera back ... the image had all the detail in the angry sky and the cityscape below.

Some basic lightroom adjustments, then exported the exposures as tiffs to photomatix, HDR, then final edits in PS Elements.
