This is my pumpkin in the parking lot of my workplace after dark, the lighting is all done by my truck's headlights (I agree with the comments that don't like the lighting, it's something I need to work on in general) and the Kmart smokers next door thought I was crazy for smashing a pumpkin in the middle of a vacant parking lot at 9:30 at night. So, long story short, I guess the answer to your question is that it was night. :)

picture seems alittle dark...i wish i could see the color of the pumpkins....had no idea what it was till i read the title

Cool band, cool photo. I think it would have been neat to see more of the pumpkin guts strewn out over the frame.

I do wish the lighting was a bit brighter on the front, but the backlighting is cool.
