Taken during a recent trip to Philly. Not sure what building is on the right, but the colored lights are constantly changing. I'm surprised how little noise I had in this picture, which is great for me given the minimal editing rules!

Would have experimented more with different camera settings, framing and so forth, but didn't want to miss too much of the Steelers-Browns game. (Go Black & Gold!)

POST CHALLENGE:
Had hoped for a little better, but still a top 20!
Probably should have entitled this "Division Street (Blah vs. Bling)" to acknowledge the disparity in lighting from one side to the other. Oh well.

For those interested, a couple of outtakes from the interesting building on the right.

Thanks Bob for filling in that blank and for your nice comments.

This was one of my faves. I'm surprised it didn't score higher, but 6.4 isn't slouchin'. :)

I like the way the lights contribute to the attention being drawn to the tower.

Very good use of a long exposure - nice composition and I love the purples and blues on the building to the left.

the lighting of the buildings on the right and center is so dramatic and powerful, but an apparent unbalanced feel results from the rather dull and dreary/ dark buildings on the left
