Google image search for "flesh wound", find a suitable gash or lesion, copy to clipboard, paste into pic, set layer mode to overlay, free-transform to size and position it properly, erase unwanted areas, eventually merge it down onto the main layer, dodge a little, burn a little, tweak color, etc.

There ya go - one man's gross injury is another man's treasure. :)

This shot reminds me of both "Team Fortress II" with some incredible artwork, and the mid 2000's english movie "Dead Man's shoes" starring Paddy Considine.

i notice that you've removed the mind altering substance from your gas mask .. did it all get a bit much for you .?? .. doesnt seem to have curbed your amazingly weird tendencies tho .. lucky .. we'd totally miss out on your excellent images and imagination .. great series of sp's here .. :)
