Overlay is wonderful! Makes me feel like I am looking out a window through mist. I also really like that the thistle is partially closed and the POV, Nice!

Very pretty. I've always been entranced with thistles. I agree, I think being able to see more of the thistle might be a little bit better. But you know this is all about experimenting...and that's the fun part (for me).

The thistle is gorgeous. I wonder if I would reduce the opacity of the overlay a little to enhance the flower? I find it masks it a bit too much right now.
