 Michael at Pure Design had dahlias today!

Post: Camera Raw Adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Cloned dust and some minor imperfections in the petals. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Sharpen. Dodged center of the flower slightly. Resize. Sharpen.
