 This old tree in rural Georgia always catches my attention when I pass by. It's a huge, old tree and reminds me of a strong, silent guard beside this lonely road. I made some adjustment to contrast in Photoshop.

I'm a sucker for pictures like this (and this is indeed a nice one), but I don't buy it as a depiction of strength. A solid image of that most prominent tree in the center there would have made your submission better for me. The road seems a little too overbearing in the picture.
