I really like the composition, off-centering the child. The tone is really good. The brightness outside takes away some detail from the view (building & tree). Its still a very good photo.
Nice framing and I like the girl's silhouette, both the toning and the hat give it a nice aged feel. Not really a fan of the very bright almost washed out view out of the window, though. Very nice overall mood and presentation.
I like the contrast of highkey and lowkey here and the silhouette with the hat is very effective. I need to go out and buy a cool hat for the silhouette challenge I think! 10

I really like this, looks almost like a young girl looking outside(Hopefully if your model is a little older she will take that as a compliment. The sepia toning is great, makes it feel like an older shot. Well done!
