i took ali's car to have the car alarm put in today .. i waited around half the day, and they ended up not doing it .. it was cold & wet .. this is taken coming home as i was driving up the firetrail towards our gate which you can just see on the right hand side where the track fades away ..
i combined two photographs .. one where you can see katee running towards the car and one which was taken just before i drove in the firetrail, that had the steering wheel in it ...
anyway, when i drive in katee and sasha, who you might see further up the firetrail, come running out to meet me .. katee's particularly happy to see us when we've been gone all day or when its cold .. she was very happy today ..
i'm putting this in our slice of life but because i added the overlay it can go in to that side too ..
i overlayed a photograph of the windscreen when we were going thru the carwash .. its my favourite ..
this is the workflow if anyone's interested ..

and another one taken just afterwards ...

How cool is this - Katee in motion. Love the atmosphere of the photo and the winding path with Sasha on it. Looks like it could be out of a movie.

That dog sure is attached to you :o) Love what you did with the pp. This has a nice cold damp feel to it. Such rich yet not overly saturated colors adds to the picture quite nicely.

A strong sense of cold and gloominess puncuated with Katee's obvious joy at seeing Mum again !

This is a wonderful slice of life in the true spirit of the challenge - it tells a story for sure!
It looks like a book illustration which I find to be really cool.

This is lovely...emotive, and expressive........Katee's glee is there, for all to see........, with Sasha, bringing up the rear. The composite photo, which you've done with overlay techniques, is just so clever, I really must learn how. I've looked at your workflow, and while I have a vague idea of what youre doing, the finer points escape me........but that's why I'm here, to learn from you gurus.
