 My son, hiding his face with his cell phone. Layered and then did filter in Virtual Photographer.

The filter makes the image much more dramatic and the B&W is the final touch.

Awesome! You've turned your son into a droid 8]. The black and white looks great, roughened up by the texture. I'll bet that this would look really cool in glowing color as well. Looking forward to another side challenge with you, Judy. :)

Nice one Judy...it reminds me of a photograph that's been put through a copier several times...all the grays busted down to basic black or white.

part of the appeal of this side challenge is the opportunity to comment on your images... always a joy to view and most praiseworthy. This is no exception and very typical of the gritty and artistic style you display every now and then. A fine first entry!

bloody brilliant judy .. a fantastic image in every way .. love the grainy grungy look ..
i'm doing great by the way .. two sides in one month .. i may not be so great in 30 days tho .. !! ..
