Oh Roz, you made him look so handsome! Thanks for the processing steps; I haven't tired the duplication of the bleach bypass, I'll have to try that :-) |

Very nice Post Processing! You did a wonderful job in the removal of the blueish tones that dominated the original. Now we can enjoy the deep black tones of the cow's fur as well as the wonderful highlights that illuminate it's fur (the gleam in the cow's coat just increases visual appeal). The original had flat contrast were one really could not make out much detail at all. And wow! Now we can see the cow's eye and even the bumpy texture on the nose. Excellent job in pulling out details that were lost in the original. |

Excellent move removing that tree. It was a total distraction. I like the colour and depth you achieved with this edit. It really brought out the cow's nose and hair (not nose-hair :P). Nice logo too :) |

When I saw the original, I thought to my self... oops, he had his camera set for incandescent when he was out doors. Why would I think that, because I do it all the time. Silly me...
You recovered very nicely. I don't know why the previous commenter saw a green cow, I don't.
When I looked at the after image, my eye was drawn to the blur around the cow's right ear... where you cloned out the tree. At first glance I didn't recall there was a tree there and I assumed this was a case of Gaussian blur going wrong when bumped against an edge. I tried such things and always end up with an obvious blur ring around the non-blurred subject. However, I am not sure that is what happened here because I don't see the same thing on the other ear.
In any case, nice job. |

I had to take your original and just color correct it to see what you'd really done. I like the cross processed, high contrast look. It makes a simple cow edgy and arty. I'm not sure whether or not I like the fact that the cow is now green, but I'm also not sure if the cross processed look would work with a cow colored cow. |
