I know this one won't score high because of the subject matter, however I think this is one of the best shots I've taken in a long time. It was taken at an Easter drama / musical production at a local church.

This scene had rather dramatic, red lighting which I didn't care for. I changed the photo to black and white and then added some tint. The finished product is really closer to what my eyes saw than what the original photo portrayed.

Comments on this photo would be particularly welcome.

Wow... This is some shot! Fantastic composition and I really like the tonal range you chose. Great job.

I hadn't even thought about the fact that someone might connect this photo with the others I posted about the Easter production. I just thought they would be a timely subject last week before Easter.

Thanks for your comments.

I wasn't sure I liked the color choice, and the shutter speed could have been a little faster (looks like a little motion in the shepard behind the crosses) but I liked almost everything else. The depth of field choice in particular was very good as I can see emotion on all the faces.

FWIW: I don't think this is really chaos, but it didn't matter, as I thought it was a great subject for Easter week. FWIW: I scored it a 6.

So much emotion here. This photo brings many emotions to the surface, pain, suffering, and a sense of time-less-ness. Great capture. Good luck in the voting!
