I don't generally try to do humourous shots. I suggested this idea to my fiancee as sort of "wouldn't it be funny if.." with no intent of doing it. She of course said "Do it! It would be funny!"

I really hope other people get this because I don't want to think that I took a picture of myself with my fly down for no good reason.

In Capture One PRO
Adjust white balance
Exposure
Export to TIFF

In PSP XI
USM
Adjusted saturation (maxed out blue, cyan, magenta. Decreased master to -100).
Clarify
Crop
Resize
Export to JPG
USM

p.s.: When I was doing the processing on this, it took me about 5 minutes to realize that my fly was um...still down.

:(

Post challenge:
The title I wanted to go with was just "XYZ". Why did I try to be clever? Grrr

Saw this in the ".../meh" thread. Nice processing. I had to look up XYZ in a slang dictionary.

obviously an expression i am unfamiliar with... "flying low" comes to mind but not XYZ (also "three word title"...?) nice shot anyway and i suppose it fits if i assume it is a way of saying close your zip... :)

Very well thought out and executed. Love a sense of humor.

For me, I wish you had just gone with the "XYZ" for your title to keep more in line with the challenge description. I like the tonal values and lighting. This is one of those photos that people think about taking, but that you actually did.

I'm betting you'll get some DNMC from the sticklers for the title, but I think it's areally good image. Nice tones and textures.

DNMC!!! Perhaps you should have called it 'Utterly Viable Window'

Jokes aside, I think the idea is great. Bonus points for non-conformity.

You're tempting the DNMC Nazis here. Nice idea though.

I really like it. Unfortunately, it is kind of DMC as the title needs to be 3 words.

three word title? No points off from me, but some will mark you down... *sigh*

Nice idea. Nice post-processing. But a quick re-read of the challenge description is/was needed, as you probably have been told by a number of comments.

DNMC.....but a good image though.
Title doesn't follow the rules for the ABC.

P, H, B, X -- not 3 and no sequential. Sorry, but DNMC :(
