 This is a Caiman. A miniature little crocodile. He looks fierce, but he lets turtles crawl all over him and hitch rides on his back when he swims away. I think he must be a sweetie at heart.

He didn't want his picture taken today tho because try as I may, he wouldn't look at me like he has in the past. That's okay, I figured a pouting caiman would still make an interesting photograph in that silky smoothe water :)

Great shot, Sandy! Love the colors in the water and in the Caiman. Amazing how nature color coordinates, isn't it?
