I know the left one is OOF in the center, and the bottom one was cut off a bit...but oh well, it was a rush job. The wind was blowing a billion miles per hour and didn't help me any.

I just love the color! :)

great colour - the bottom one works well despite being cut off - sort of anchors the shot

I also love the colour. The wind can make it very hard to get things into focus. It's still a great shot!

The color is awesome! And your post made me laugh - been a long time since I've heard "Lord willin' and the creek don't rise". I know what you mean about the wind though - I've been trying to shoot flowers and they just don't listen when you tell them to hold still!

Gasp! I certainly did not notice anything being out of focus. Once I picked my jaw up off the floor, the only thing I noticed was just an involuntary WOW! What amazes me is that this is so incredibly vibrant and bright without being blown out at all.

Also. . .how in the WORLD did you get such sharpness with the wind blowing -- on 100 ISO. You are GOOOOOD!!!! :)

I love the color too along with shallow DOF field. The background makes the flowers pop. It would be interesting to see this one B/W since you have a knack for B/W processing.

very brilliant colors...I love the tilt away of the bottom bloom; the colors are great against the green bg boke

Just when you see something great, get focused and set...the wind picks up...I know...yesterday...same deal.
This is very attractive, though. The rush job worked out pretty well.

Bright and certainly designed to catch the eye (but I wonder what colour they'd be in ultraviolet light). I feel like I could reach out and touch them.
