| Looks very similar to our Japanese Magnolia or Tulip Tree They bloomed here about 2 weeks ago. I love them and love to photograph them. This is a lovely capture with great colors. |

| I agree, I prefer the buds on both these and azaleas (or however you spell them) over the full blooms. Excellent detail on this one and lovely blue sky behind to compliment it. |

Love the way the flowers come right out and in my face kinda feel. Pretty pink hues too.
