That B&W conversion and DOF just nails the shot. I like how the teabag is so dark against the white background.

The b&w conversion is perfect for this shot. The wrinkles in the teabag really pop as does the black on the label.

I really like the DOF that you used to emphisis the deatil of the tea bag and the textures of it. I like the higher key part of this photo and the ability to see the saucer.

Interesting. Weren't it for your title, I'd have to look a bit harder to see what it is.

Pretty darn good camera control to get this much detail while shooting on a moving train!

This reminds me of something messerschmitt would do. Funny how we take things like this for granted.

Yes, very creative use of very mundane sight. Nicely done.

Well done...the tonal range seems to be nicely covered and the contrasts are good without blowing out the lights or muddying up the darks. B/w is great for the subject.

Now you're making me jealous... tea in this country is all made from bark and whatever else they can find around that tastes like soil... I'd love a nice cuppa...

I would never have thought to take an image of a tea bag. I really liked that you choose B&W - I think it works really well.

Seems slightly blurry on the focus point.

hmm quite an interesting shot. I would expect to see more texture in a soggy tea bag...maybe the color showed it more? I like how you played with DOF on the tag and the string, fading off to the saucer.

have to laff at the things we do to keep from dying of boredom at times! just give us a camera and the sky's the limit!
:)
