Those wings look like a Japanese print, or screen. Nice capture.

I so love these little fuzzy blue butterflies! The myriad of overlays gives this such a mystical feeling, simply awesome!

Roz, I don't know if you sell any of your work other than on dpcPrints but if you aren't I really believe you should be. You have an incredible eye for seeing things that are quite different and blending them together to make an amazing picture. Love the greens and blues and the wonderful detail on that butterfly.

I like those colors and how the whole thing meshes so well together. I really like that twig in the wing - it looks like it was meant to be there.

You have such marvelous vision to take these shots and turn them into so much more! Excellent shot of the insect and wonderfully rich color.

I typically don't like overlays. They look unnatural and artificial to me. I like this though. The overlay doesn't detract from the image. You can see it, but it actually becomes part of the image, so that it doesn't overwhelm the general image or scream, "Hey look, I'm an overlay!!"

I half expect this little fellow to start talking. He has such a presence and so much character. Tremendous photos, Roz.

Roz - she is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Have you seen the 'Little Miss Spider' books? She looks like she comes from one of those - her eyes are Divine!

Interesting shot. While I like some of the overlays, I feel the wings of the butterfly have interesting textures and design of their won that I am missing here.

Beautiful colors, and I love the harsh stick through the soft butterfly wing. Lovely and sweet.

I love what you did with the overlays. The butterfly looks like it has transparent wings!

Something tells me yes
Something tells me no
I see danger surround you little girl,
every place you go

You got more than one man,
on your mind
But any man who gets stuck on you,
is till the end of time

My heart's in trouble,
but I'm feelin' no pain
And I'm drawn to you like a moth to a flame

How cool is that? So alien-like and surreal, yet tangible. Great processing and use of color! :)
