I like the texture on this picture. I am not sure I like the bright white spots along the top and the blue center. I think they take away from the image and would like to see it more balanced in color.

This has an effect that's hard to describe - it looks like a flower and yet doesn't. There is much to explore here and the verse certainly applies.

I like the fade from dark to light (top to bottom) and the quite obvious yet somehow subtle texturing on the image...

To me, it's hard to add overlay/texture to a soft and beautiful flower. Not only did you do it well, but you really complemented the flower with it. I actually really like adding text like this to an image...some of my fav's (at home, not seen so much here) are like that. Wonderful start.

WOAH - how romantic. Coldplay is so amazing and my son sings a lot of their music. Do you know that they wrote that song for Johnny Cash and he died before he could record it? Can't you hear him doing it? WOW - just love this. The image, the editing, the words. ALL OF IT
