Great colours and nice bokeh on the lights in the background. The only thing I'd say is, I don't if it's the pp you used, or it's just him, but his skin seems almost too smooth.

I too love how the colors of the background lights compliment his clothing.. you did an excellent job taking a pic of a dark skinned person against a dark background. Lovely detail on him, very sharp, crisp and vibrant. The background is a tad dark (IMHO) to really show shallow dof, I don't really see busy as much as dark, but that could just be my monitor.

I like the way the lights in the background complement the colors of the costume. Nice lighting on the subject.

Probably taken at night, in a night club. I find the dark dance floor area is obscuring the mixing board. So without the earphones, it would be really difficult to tell he was a dj.

background is just too dark, i'm guessing you wanted to show the dancers and all (which was a great idea!), but the exposure or something just doesn't work and leaves too much negative space, throwing off the composition of what might otherwise been a stellar shot. Sorry didn't mean to bash there I just really liked what I think you were going for, thats why i felt the need for a longer comment. 7 from me
