I love how the light gleems off the chrome. I wonder if the cropping is just a bit too tight in the horizontal direction (the headlamp on the left seems very close cropped. |

Probably because I was focusing on the SOL I missed this. Was this handheld? if so amazingly sharp for such a slow shutter speed. |

The range of tones you have here, and the contrasting horizontal and vertical lines, are excellent. |

What aguapreta said. This just dances and sings, all because you know how to use your camera and people used to know how to make beautiful machines for the privileged. (edit for spelling).

Fantastic job capturing the spirit of the museum. Those starburts sure add a touch of class to the picture. If you wanted you could buy me a car like this some day :oP |

Great perspective. Old cars make awesome models for photos. Did you use a star filter on this? Or was it done is software? Nice tones and conversion to B&W. |

Just wondering how you got all those nice stars here. Just the lights or some filter? Nice sharp shot, perhaps a little too much of the radiator (don't know if that's the right name, but I mean that thing on the right). |

My grandfather had one of those cars (in England). I still have the sterling silver flower vase that was installed on the top of the dash. The use of bold graphic detail in part, is what I learn from this photo. |

Hi Ken - I will tell you that typically I am not a fan of car shots - that's for the boys lol. But what makes this one for me are the starbursts! Very cool. I love how the hood looks so smooth too. Were you carrying your tripod around the museum? Or did you rest your camera on something? With that ISO and F-stop, the clarity and lighting look great! |

Looks like a photographers nightmare, all that shiny crome and metal - Excellent shot Ken. My only niggle is the blown out 'blob' in the headlight. Is it just the aperture that gets the stary look or do you need a longish exposure as well? |

I like your choice to use the small aperture to get the stars in the reflections - a great way to handle that situation. Looks to be a pristine model! |

I really enjoy all of the reflections - this can be distracting in some photos, but here it really adds to the "pop" of the image. |

Very good. Made it even better when you caught it in the museum - that could not have made for optimal lighting conditions.

Dealing with shiny metallic surfaces and stray reflections is always tough (at least for me). So seemed to have controlled it very well here. |

This is really well done, the abstract treatment is great. The long shutter speed gives the light that star burst effect. The deep dof and the sharpness create a great wow factor. I could see this on the wall. Great shot. |

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh this is FABULOUS! I love all those sparkles to make this look so magical. What a great composition. It has such boldness and depth being so close-up like that.
I'm in love with this photo!
