A lot can be learned from the way hawks just sit and watch quietly for long periods of time. I do the same when I am looking for a photo op, and the overall scene does not seem to have anything good to shoot.

He looks good size .. Terrific capture .. I have a predator swooping down in backyard as well and he comes in so fast haven't caught him yet..All of a sudden all the birdies vanish and the predator appears.. doesn't hang around leaves quickly.. Trying to identify it as think in the hawk family but doesn't look like a hawk..
