the colors are soo muted. plus it has a green cast over everything.

A nice postcard quality image. It looks a bit washed out. Had it been more saturated I would have scored it higher. It truly is a nice image of the capital building - well done.

Postcard sort of shot (not that that's a bad thing). Seems slightly tilted to the left and colors could be a bit richer.

lacks 'pop'. Perhaps more contrast and use of colour? Or maybe just wait for better light.

Slight tilt to the left bothers me. Looks a little dark on my calibrated monitor. Otherwise a good workmanlike photo.
