| I don't know you but i think I gave you a 4 on your birdie picture but I felt it was strange to enter it in on a conflict contest but I actually don't care about that myself I would rather see a well excuted photograph than to care what the contest subscribes to. |

| By entering something that doesn't fit the challenge you are assuring yourself a failing score. I didn't get time to cast a vote in this challenge, but if I had you would have received another 1 (along with the other 31 1's you received.) Too bad because this is a beautiful picture well worth some very high points IN THE RIGHT CHALLENGE. |

| And this sparrow conflicts with...??? Nice photo. I love the out of focus background contrasting with the very sharp bird. It does require a stretch to fit this into the category though. |

| Its a great photo of a sparrow but I do not understand this with regards to the challenge. Maybe Your being way too smart for me or I am just a bit dumb? The dof is excellent and the focus and colour is great. |

| On it's own, I really enjoy this shot. Composition is nice, DoF is well executed, sharpeness is near perfect and the lghting, although maybe a little harsh on some areas, is pretty good. However, for me it doesn't depict the challenge. I don't see the conflict in this shot. I would like to score this high but because of that I've given it a 4. An overall excellent shot just maybe not for this challenge. Good luck! |

A very nice image and great detail of this little bird but I dont know where the conflict is!

| nice pic, but (for me) does not fit the challenge well - it doesn't say 'conflict' without an explanation. even then it doesn't! Show the pic to strangers, and say nothing. Ask "What is the first thing that comes to mind?" or even 'What is the conflict in this image?' and let me know if anyone gets it. |

| This is a beautiful capture and a beautiful shot. The focus is extremely sharp and I love the details and your use of DOF. If this was a different challenge, I'd probably give you a very high mark; however, I have to mark it a bit lower because it doesn't fit the conflict category. I know it's easy to upload the wrong picture and I wonder if it's what happened in this case. Great shot though. You have a good eye. |
