Combined with

Opened texture and photo, copied texture and placed on top of photo.
Set opacity of texture to 41%
Made copy of photo and placed above texture covering with layer mask.
painted over layer mask to reveal my face erasing most of the texture on my eyes.
Made a copy of the texture and placed it on top of my face and set the blending mode to Multiply. Set opacity to 6%.
