 i went for a walk on the firetrail this morning and took a few photographs of katee for our slice of life .. i saw andrew going to work .. he lives just down from my place and his drive is the firetrail .. he's my nephew .. anyway i noticed the mad reflections on his glasses and started taking photographs of him .. ppl are so over me taking their photographs and he's a bit camera shy as well .. anyway the reflections on his glasses when they were on his face in the car werent as good as the refelctions i got when we rested them on the door frame ... so i did a bit of photoshop and put the good reflections on the glasses on his face ...

i was considering these sunglass reflections for the 'point of view' challenge but dont think they'd do well considering its been done by far better photographers than me ..

Your nephew looks like he's very patiently waiting for you to get the shot. I always have trouble taking photos of my family. I don't want them to feel self conscious (which they do), so I don't get in their faces, but that's the only way to get good pictures. I guess you have to be willing to make them squirm a little.

Nice job with putting the glasses you wanted on the glasses that were there - you're a master at that post processing stuff!

Ol' Andrew does not look pleased. But the glasses are the bomb!! Love this photo - very, very cool, Roz. Sort of futuristic. Love it.

You know, when I first saw this in thumbnail and knew it was yours, I immediately thought "Oh NO! Where's the firetrail?"
