 this is processed by doing a lucisart sculpture and then a xero cubism with an adjustment layer in colour balance .. the brilliant blue sky is from the polarizing filter ...

That looks like a city in the background! I saw those plugins but never tried them. I think it's time download 'em.

I really like the colors in this, but I think I like the original more. :) That's just a personal thing though. As long as you are having fun, go for it!
