I have no clue what this is

Nail clippers? This is pretty friggin creative. It's a bit wonky on my eyes, trying to figure out why the water is on top, but the unexpected is very cool.

You sure haven't let go of your imagination....a nail clippers on an upside down photo interpreted as a midnight surfer...now that takes imagination!

As an abstract, this is an engaging shot but since I'm looking at it in the context of the topic, I can't identify the image (looks like nail clippers?) so I've scored it lower than it may deserve.

I honestly don't get it, is it a nail cutter upside down?
02/16/2004 11:03:53 PM
It took me a minute. Very clever with the shadow. I see the surfing now.
02/15/2004 05:05:15 PM
This is very different. I like it!

Give me a clue ....what am I looking at?? To be fair I really don't know what this is and can't vote it till I know.

I see what you were going for and it was a nice attempt. But I still don't how it says letting go.

Cool picture, but I don't understand the connection to the challenge.

At the sophisticated end of photographic practice, a very clever trick of the eye - particularly in thumbnail view. Nothing to do with the challenge, but wonderfully quirky. I like it.

Interesting shot, nice contrast with texture. Nice effect with the shadows and reflections.

Doesn't convey the theme to me, sorry.

02/11/2004 12:56:47 AM
This is really cool! Unfortunatly I have no idea what I'm looking at. I think it's a nail clipper on top of a landscape. It's a very unique idea.
02/11/2004 12:50:13 AM
