 a flashlight was pointed directly at the diamond to make it give off the reflections the only post processing i did was to convert it to sepia tone.

Great photo, even though it gives me the chills looking at it (recently engaged)... I agree with rayg544 though. It has a lot of emotion and is very well done.

You have achieved what I consider to be the toughest thing to do in photography. You have made your shot emotional. So heart breaking! This is a talent you should be very proud of!! Fantastic shot - how you didn't win a ribbon for this one is beyond me. Beautiful work!

i can honestly say that this is one of my favorite photographs on this challenge.

Out of all the wedding ring images, this is the best one. I love that you can't make out exactly what the letter says, very poignant. Nice tone, good light. Keep em comin'!

There are so many pictures I just don't understand in this challenge - this one however I understand. Maybe needs a little more ballance in the compostion. 7
