beautiful portrait .. love her pose and the lighting .. i have no idea about the sharpness .. is it grain or sharpness that you're worried about tho? .. .. could it have anything to do with your fstop .. looks like an excellent lens .. maybe at f2.5 the depth of field is so narrow that you're losing sharpness in the areas that have lost that bit'v focus .. i see by your settings that it probably wasnt too light so you may not have had much of a choice with your fstop .. i like to keep iso100 to cut down on grain .. maybe you could try iso200 and a higher fstop? .. moving targets can be a pain!! .. i'm no expert tho .. just an idea and someone else will probably know exactly wot you could do ... good luck .. :)
