Nice capture of the sky, but there's not a lot going on below to make the shot work. As far as silhouette material (though that challenge is already off and running), that tree on the left is the thing in this shot that looks like it might be interesting. |

Although this is a bit too dark, I love the clouds. A bit more detail would probably make this a much sronger image, imo. |

My only problem with this as a silhouette (besides having to spell it) is the lack of a defining shape. While there is an outline of the land against the sky, the only shape is the tree. Perhaps a closer crop isolating the tree would work for the challenge. Just a thought. |

... unless you like skies & clouds. And what is that tree doing leaning over almost a full 90 degrees? The darker sky on the right side does take the photo too dark. Maybe it is being hill-starved in NE Indiana that makes me like this shot. |

I would say that this shot is too underexposed... there's very little detail to draw in interest. |
