 10:30 pm. Time to start thinking of a subject. Old booze bottle found in my basement. I don't have a garage. People will probably say it is off-topic. So what! I don't agree.

Photographed in my Cocoon, using one 250W Tungsten bulb underneath, and flashlight to help the crown.

Shot is RAW: exposure comp = +0.5

In PS7: Levels, saturation, slight crop, resize, USM and faded gaussian blur.

Why did you remove this bottle from where you found it? I am sure the background would have help the clarity of its beauty shine!

I think I would have preferred to see this with a different background, something with a contrasting color and interesting texture. I really like the bottle - it's full of character and the lighting is good. The 'new' background just steals the thunder of the old bottle. It's a good shot, though, could see it being used in advertising.

decent photo, but it doesn't say garage art to me.. more like garBage art (because it looks like an item out of the garBage)

wouldn't have cropped so tight on top/bottom
