 This isn't a new photo -- but its one of my favorites that I never felt I could use for anything because. . .well. ..it was blurry. But with my newfound appreciation of blur, I thought it would be okay to share it with you guys. Believe it or not, that kittie was rescued by this little girl and her sister (my neighbors) when it was only a few hours old (it had been abandoned by its mom and was in the bushes with ants on it!) They have a very animal loving mom, who graciously got up with them around the clock every hour or so to feed it with a dropper until it was old enough to be weaned, but it made it to full grown family member status :)

I have to post early for Day 18 because I have a real early photo shoot tomorrow and will prob'ly be out of commission the rest of the day. It's almost Day 18. . in fact, if I lived in the Eastern time zone it would be. . .so here ya go :)

you are the best! this is so darned adorable! I ov ektties, and little girls with kittens, even better.
you captured a great moment here. who cares how old it is? we ouldn't know anyway LOL :)

Awwwwwwww this is so wonderful!! The blur really works because the kitten (subject) is the subject of this!

That is such a great shot! Blur or no blur, I love the expression on the little girl's face, and the kitten is beautifully sharp. B&W works extremely well here. Sweet, sweet work.
