 A macro close-up of a Gerbera flower, showing the detail and textures, of the petals and base of the flower, attached to the stem.

This is an updated, much better version of the origional.....

I have updated and replaced this one, and it is now much sharper and more in focused, re SJCarter & also ephln suggestions..... Thanks heaps.

Love the composition and tones. It would be even better if the focus was just a tad sharper (IMHO). Still a very cool shot & presentation.

I think this may be one of the best I've seen from you Sher!!

here's my .02 worth for today: can you change the angle of the image just a bit so the stem is more diagonal??

Light glows through this bloom nicely but wishing it was a bit more in focus.
