Surrender flags, or a coupe of stray petals on a bee balm flower that missed being eaten .. maybe both!

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, levels, increased contrast, USM, added border, resized, sharpened.

I think I have seen these in their dried form. I never seen the flower. very interesting.

Funny title and story....
There is a blue cast to your white. I would select the blue channel in curves and reduce it.

Looks like fighting or mating (same thing right? lol) swans or some other type of bird. :) Lovely composition and nice eye to see this.

great tones, as though shot underwater...deep in the ocean. I love the Bee Balm and those little things that stick out always have me wondering? satellite connection fo rthe hellions?

Bee balm always looks to me like it's visiting from another planet. Maybe this one is getting ready to 'phone home.' "D BG is perfect, the light is excellent. Border works for me, too.
