a good reminder to thank the powers that be that i dont have to be having such diets...
p/s: i wonder if re-arranging the carrots into a face might make this photo better or worse |

| This is magic: the plate looks the moon beginning to be in, or out of, eclipse, and the carrots, well, reminiscent of pi, reinforcing circle motif... |

| Is this symbolic? Like the black plate and background represent the big black hole one's stomach feels like while on a diet? hehe. Otherwise, nice way to make the two bits of carrot stand out. |

| wow, this is a cool shot! carrots look very in focus, don't know if the lack of separation in on the top and bottom were done on purpose (i'll just say it is so i can give you a higher score!) but i love this image, congrats! |

| Beautiful effect on this picture. But I am a little confused by the lighting. How were the carrots lit? Surely not with the same light that lit the plate? |

| This image is really evocative somehow. I like what you've done. It's so dark and empty and then there's this bright splash of orange - it narrows the focus of the viewer on to the carrots, and yet the rim of the plate is still visible, framing the emptiness of the meal. |

| Looks like carrots in orbit. A nice shot that could easily be in a magazine. Not sure if I'd like to see a little more of the plate or not though. |
