 Small crop of a macro shot of a hand blown glass flower I made at the Corning Museum of glass in Corning, NY. Held the flower in front of a window with the sun coming through.


Other then crop, just increased contast until it looks like it does in person when sun shines through it.

Soft, ethereal feeling to this photo. I get the feeling it is one of those balls you touch and then it lights up with static electricity (I don't know what those things are called).

If it weren't for your title, I'd think it was out of focus :) The progression of blues is quite beautiful here, and the white "lightnings" work well to set it off. ~7
