PP: Crop, Converted to B&W, increase contrast, alur background a bit, burn hotspots and pole, USM, slight Levels and SFW.

You picked a great subject for the challenge - he does indeed have character and seems very intent on what he's watching. Backgrounds with candids can be a problem but it seems to me you did a pretty good job keeping it as simple as possible given the location.

Is someone about to get in trouble? I can't quite make out if his expression is angry or just contemplative. Wish the edhe of the railing weren't right infront of him, but it is a candid, after all.
